Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner’s longtime friend, manager, and close confidante, has tragically died at the age of 29 after a devastating ATV accident near Jenner’s Malibu-area home.

Hutchins was reportedly riding a quad on a road near Jenner’s house when she struck the back of a moving car on Wednesday, according to TMZ, which cited police and family sources.

The impact caused Hutchins and her ATV to plunge 350 feet down a ravine, where she was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured in the crash.

Jenner, 74, has not publicly addressed Hutchins’ death, and it remains unclear where the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was at the time of the tragedy.

New footage shows the wreckage of the ATV in the ravine with another car that is upturned, that appears to have been there for some time as it is rusted.

Authorities are on the scene attempting to recover the vehicles.

Jenner and Hutchins, who is also transgender, first met in 2015 shortly after Jenner came out, with Hutchins later appearing in several episodes of Jenner’s E! docuseries I Am Cait, which documented Jenner’s life post-transition.

Hutchins, who was born in Bellevue, Washington, attended Pepperdine University, earning a degree in economics and finance. During her junior year, she resigned as president of the Class of 2018 to complete her gender transition.

In 2016, Hutchins credited Jenner as her inspiration to move forward with transitioning, sharing: “[Jenner] made it so much more real for me, like normal and successful people do this and people are OK when they do it.”

After graduating in 2017, Hutchins launched her sunscreen company, Lumasol, and eventually stepped in as Jenner’s manager. Their close working relationship began after meeting through a mutual hairstylist and makeup artist.

“We got really close as friends. We met through our hairstylist and makeup artist, ironically enough,” Hutchins shared during a 2020 appearance on Juicy Scoop.

“He was doing my hair one day and he said I’m going to a photoshoot right after this and Caitlyn is going to be there and Caitlyn would like to meet you,” she continued.

“Went over to the photoshoot, we kicked it off, became good friends and I learned a lot about what was going on in Caitlyn’s life and I just felt it was a financial s*** show — so much money was being thrown everywhere — and nobody was really running the show.

“She didn’t have a manager. Kris wasn’t doing it anymore since they divorced and I felt could do a really good job.”

Hutchins was also known for her outspoken support of former President Donald Trump, serving as a surrogate for Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.

She appeared on television backing the former president and met him at Mar-a-Lago in February 2024, sharing: “The energy, passion and commitment for our movement to Save America has never been greater! We will never give up!”

Hutchins and Jenner later returned to Mar-a-Lago for Trump’s election night watch party on November 5, 2024, where Hutchins posted: “It’s been a wild ride. From the convention & inauguration in 2016, to 2020, to the most insane campaign in US history in 2024, I love this family as if they were my own.

“I will keep fighting for America in any way I am told – we’ve made it this far and I don’t plan on stopping, only speeding up. There is no team of people, led by the man himself, The 47th POTUS @realdonaldtrump I would want to do it with! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

In one of her final public appearances, Hutchins attended the Starlight Ball in Washington, DC, alongside Jenner as part of Trump’s inauguration festivities in January.
